She accepted her spiritual assignment at the New Mount Olive Church of God in Christ in New Britain, CT., under the leadership of her uncle Superintendent Dr. Ron E. Surrey.

Lady D who is happily married to Pastor James Parker Weaver, III, is revered by her husband for being a supportive wife and loving mother. She is the first lady of Christian Pavilion Church of God in Christ; located in Wilmington, Delaware. She serves wholeheartedly as the Chief Operating Officer of the Christian Pavilion Ministries and is the president of the Virtuous Women of the Pavilion and the hostess of the Virtuous Women’s Conference.
